Our Computer Skills Programme
Are you interested in developing your computer skills? Or would you like assistance with job searches and updating your CV?
We can offer free, structured, one to one Computer skills sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:45am – 12:45pm.
These sessions are ongoing and tailored to your needs so that you can learn at your own pace.
General I.T. Support
If you need any other I.T. assistance such as help using a mobile phone or tablet, filling out an online form or any other I.T. related queries please speak to a member of our staff.
Arts and Crafts Class
We run an informal arts and crafts class every Monday from 11:30am – 2:30pm. We will provide paint, crayons and various other tools, so if you feel like being creative, please feel free to join in.
Mondays from 11:00am - 1:00pm - Please ask a member of staff to book a slot.
Every Tuesday from 1:00pm – 3:00pm we host a knitting group with an experienced knitting instructor. We provide tea, biscuits and a friendly atmosphere. Our group is open for all people of all abilities, no experience necessary. Please feel free to come along and learn how to knit and crochet with us.
Our Winter Initiative
Help keep a homeless person warm this winter by knitting them a woolly hat, scarf or any other practical item of clothing.
Wednesdays 9:30am - 10:30am. Spaces are limited so please book ahead with a member of staff.
Book Break - Our new Reading Group
Every Thursday from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Read, listen and talk about great stories and poems. You can sit back and relax, join in the conversation or read aloud, it's up to you. All welcome to join this friendly group.
Make and Mend Group
Fridays from 11:30am - 2:30pm. Mend damaged clothing or embellish it with
embroidery, patches, buttons and other adornments to make something special.
Please feel free to join in, all welcome.
Our Health and Wellbeing Services
Outreach Nurse Practitioner
Every Monday from 11:30am our outreach nurse practitioner can offer general physical examinations,
assessments of minor injuries and ailments, help with registering with a GP, basic health assessments and can
make referrals onto other specialised services.
